You need a fight director/stunt coordinator. Find a good one. Engage their services. Celebrate your incident-free production.

I know I keep banging on about this, but seriously DO NOT USE WEAPONS IN PRODUCTIONS UNLESS YOU HAVE INFORMED THE AUTHORITIES (and got confirmation back from them). Don’t do it, just don’t. Even if they are fake weapons, don’t do it.
