If you’re doing nothing else, just get working on your cardio and start looking at your glossary (Don’t worry about trying to memorize it, word for word. Just get familiar with it.).
Worried that you’re doing it wrong? Don’t. You can’t be, as long as you’re doing something, and you keep an open mind every day at the workshop.

Yes, today is the blog equivalent of a “clip show”. I wrote a beautiful post, and then it didn’t save. Sigh. But it’s Saturday, so I’m taking a rest day and not stressing about re-writing it — taking rest is also good practice for workshop time.
